The Felice Brothers - Boy From Lawrence County
Yesterday I happily welcomed the release of Yonder is the Clock, a new album by The Felice Brothers. Over the last year these guys have grown to be one of my favorite bands out there. Whether it’s the foot stomping jams or the toned down ballads, these gentleman deliver it with style. “Boy From Lawrence County” is a great example of their raw lyrics about the gritty side of life. It starts: “All these pills and powder could not make me stay…” Though some of their songs are heavy, they have plenty in the catalog that will get the room dancing!
