Richard Swift - The Original Thought

How is everyone’s Saturday going? Maybe this will make it even better! Singer-songwriter Richard Swift will be releasing his new album Atlantic Ocean on April 7th. From his 2008 EP Ground Trouble Jaw and also featured on the new album, “The Original Thought” is a funky piano number with a cinematic nature. In fact, most of Swift’s songs have that tin pan alley effect, as in they make me envision him hacking away at a beat up upright piano at sunset on a New York sidewalk surrounded by a typical spread of city folk dancing choreographed on the street, cars, balconies and roofs in the background. But then that’s just me.
