    Club 8 - Western Hospitality

Thanks for being patient during my short hiatus. If you live in the Bay Area, I hope you checked out Noise Pop festival  - which I was very involved with the past few weeks. Early last week my buddy Dan turned me on to this Swedish group and literally the next day this track showed up in my inbox from Labrador Records. While their new album The People’s Record won’t be out until May 18th, they’ve offered up the first single “Western Hospitality” as a preview of what’s to come. The record is going to be chock full of euro-meets-afro pop that will surely reach a lot of ears. The Swedes just know how to lay on the charm so damn well. It’s really hard to resist them. The sun turns into this guy whenever their music is played…I swear!
