    Magic Man - Monster

I was very pleased to stumble across the recently released debut album from Magic Man this morning! Maybe I’m all hyped up, but so far this album is sounding pretty genius. One could say there’s a bit of a toned down Passion Pit vibe going on (sans deafening falsetto), but honestly this album is much more of a rounded product of the times. According to their Myspace, the Boston-based duo composed and recorded these songs in the French countryside before returning home to put on the final touches. The finished product, Real Life Color, is available for free on Bandcamp.
