    Yarn Owl - Single Cell

Found this in my inbox the other day and it definitely got my attention. By “it” I mean the band Yarn Owl; a four piece out of Pullman, WA who were founded by former Band of Horses drummer Tim Meinig. Certain elements of this band do possess that BofH charm which is totally cool with me - also sort of a Fleet Foxes vocal vibe in some of the tracks. Very Pacific Northwest. The group recently crafted an elegant EP called Stay Warm to be released early this year. Be on the lookout!
