David Vincent - Uprooting

David Vincent is a new project from Dave Reep of Oakland’s Elephant and Castle. Much like his previous work, the new songs are also very beat-oriented although a lot smoother and spacier this time around - not to mention the addition of vocals. His most recent track, “Uprooting,” has this semi-ambient funkwave vibe, which reminds me of The Samps. Check out his other track “Lose Nothing” on Bandcamp and expect an EP in the next few months!
