Girls - Heartbreaker (Live on MPR)
SF buzz band Girls premiered an unreleased song called “Heartbreaker” during a session on Minnesota Public Radio yesterday. It’s not far off the rest of their jams, but it’s bound to entertain your ears anyway. This duo has become the pied piper of young, bohemian lasses in summer dresses - as we all know by now. Of course, the rest of us are happy to watch the parade go by (so to speak), as it’s hard to resist the tender, melancholy vocals, and light guitar strumming consistent throughout their debut album. In a few days the boys in Girls will be playing two sold out shows in SF on their current tour.
