Yesterday my recent Bay Area blog pal Unholy Rhythms post this ghoulishly great Halloween mix that I wanted to pass on to my readers. This first track is actually from a project she and musician, Young Henry, are apparently collaborating on - I am intrigued! I started this mix on the bus to work yesterday morning and before this song was over I was already starting to bug out. By the time I arrived, the song “Swamp Loop” by Ʌ was playing and I was legitimately spooked. For someone who usually gravitates towards happier tunes, observing life with such dark music pumping into your head is really something else. You should try it too! Grab the mix here.
