    Bad Veins - Go Home

You might not know this EOTB fact, but I find myself drawn to a lot of last songs on albums. The extent of this phenomenon has reached such absurd levels that I have for some time now pondered starting up another blog strictly based on these often disregarded finales. Has anyone done this before? I haven’t done my homework. Well if I did have such a blog, I would certainly post this tune from Bad Veins. “Go Home” is the ultimate close-out track. I love the soothing blend of strings, sax and piano which decorate the modest drum machine beat. The Cincinnati-based two man operation of Ben Davis and Sebastian Schulz will be debuting their new self-titled album July 21st on Dangerbird Records. I can’t offer a download for now, but in the mean time check out more songs on their Myspace including my other current favorite “Afraid.”
