Miike Snow - Song For No One

My post-Bonnaroo catch up continues with a outrageously good self-titled album from Miike Snow released earlier this month. Although they keep a low profile, this talented trio of musicians created an album that deserves a lot of noise! Their celebrated pop hit “Animal” entered the scene in the beginning of 2009 and was quickly followed by remixes. Fans are drawn to the catchy production style and head-sticking hooks that make you want to listen over and over again. As of yet, my favorite example of their skills is “Song For No One,” with its simple, yet golden guitar riff that completely ties the song together. If you like what you hear you can stream the entire album on his Myspace plus more!
