Grizzly Bear - Fine For Now
I finally got my hands on the new Grizzly Bear album the other day and I must say the rumors have been so very true. The latest release Veckatimest is refreshing folk-rock ruckus coated in a thick indie varnish that should sustain its brilliant sheen for years to come. “Fine For Now” - with its smooth harmonies and killer guitar - has beautiful folksy moments that recall Crosby, Stills and Nash in between climatic points of high energy rock. This is the kind of album to blare out of your speakers on epic summer road trips and backyard BBQ’s as the blistering sun starts to stain the sky a rich orange.
